Wait, let me tell you a little secret, a close friend of mine once told me....but remember, this is my opinion and you should check with your Dentist before you try this....

If you have gum problems, try using Hydrogen Peroxide - they do have bottles that are meant for mouthwashing - you just have to look for them. If you can't find those specially made hydrogen peroxide bottles, you can just buy a regular one.

Gargle with a small amount of hydrogen peroxide every night for about 3-4 days and your gum problems should disappear. Of course, if you've always had gum problems, you'd probably want to see your Doctor, but for most people who have gum problems only once in a while, try this trick out....make sure to check with your Dentist first....
